Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a contract position with a client located in Durham, NC. The successful candidate will understand electromechanical components and PLC control systems. You will also need to demonstrated expertise or certifications in SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Lean Six Sigma

Pay/Salary Range: $55.00/hr - $65.00/hr

Manufacturing Engineer job responsibilities include:

• Drafting of SOPs and manufacturing work instructions

• Use of Document Control systems (e.g., Veeva Vault)

• Use of Change Control systems (e.g., ETS)

• Use of Product Lifecycle Management systems (PLM)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Engineer Degree

• Engineer with 3-5 years’ experience in the regulated industry

• Knowledgeable on ISO 9001 or 13485 regulations

• Able to take direction and work independently
